Customize your engagement ring
Choose from one of our classic designs, or create your engagement ring from scratch. Provide us with a picture, an idea, or a photo. We will create the model and 3D rendering, and our own professional crafters will make the final product, your luxury engagement lab-grown diamond ring.
Sketch
We sketch it for you. You make the decision. It is just so beautiful and personal with a pencil on paper. Our sketch with your idea illustrates the creative development process for your lab-grown diamond ring. Sketching is a powerful process that transcends technology and realizes beautiful ideas.
3D Modeling
Our professional jewelry rendering process generates photo-realistic images of your jewelry pieces. Our jewelry designer will create these 3D renderings using 3D models of your engagement ring that are materialized and lit in our rendering software. As a result, it becomes possible for you to see your ring design well before it has been hand-crafted.
Casting
A wax mold is 3D printed from the previous rendering step and then encased in a specialized plaster. The hardened plaster is heated, leaving a cavity inside in the shape of the ring as the wax evaporates. A raw casting is then done by pouring molten metal into the mold inside a vacuum chamber.
Mounting
After the metal cools down from casting, our skilled goldsmith polishes the ring to achieve a smooth surface. The ring is then assembled, examined, and adjusted under an eye loupe or microscope. Your ordered Sunny Eden diamond from hair is then set into the engagement ring, along with any other side stones or pave stones.
